Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and timely completion of accounting activities.
The role leads the Finance and Accounting team and supports budgeting and financial analysis. You will drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and align with the company’s objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
The Finance and Accounting Manager oversees the day-to-day Finance and Accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, effective internal controls, and timely completion of accounting activities. The role leads the Finance and Accounting team, supports budgeting and financial analysis, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and support the company’s business objectives.
Ensures Manage the day-to-day operations of Finance and Accounting.
Preparation of annual budget based on total company’s plans and objectives that is accurate, realistic and comprehensible.
Reviews and approves the disbursements based on authority limits.
Reviews and approves the payroll prepared by HR Department.
Ensures book closing schedule are complied for the timely and accurate preparation of the financial statement (or board report).
Review and analysis of the board report, financial scorecard/KPI, and other reports
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulations for legal and statutory requirements
Ensure that the audit schedule issued by the external auditor is complied.
Ensure that the job description and KRA of each member in the F&A team are updated.
Provide recommendations on the improvement of systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Review the internal controls of key processes, procedures, or systems with the objective of improving the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the operations that will significantly result to tangible and intangible benefits.
Reviews and updates the policies of procedures in Finance and Accounting
Ensures the verification of fixed asset and inventory
Ad-hoc tasks/reports that may be assigned.
Graduate in Bachelor Science in Accounting or any related course, preferably CPA/CMA and MBA holder.
Acquired at least 5 years’ experience in the same position
Advance skill in using MS Excel and proficient in using PowerPoint.
Knowledge in ERP software
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Can identify opportunity areas and drive process improvements
Collaborates well within and across different functions
High attention to detail and accuracy
Anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations with the organizational parameters
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks assignments.
Ability to direct and supervise
