Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management

Accounting & Controls

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with financial regulations

Strategic Advisory

• Support business decision-making through financial modeling and analysis
• Partner with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance
• Advise on cost reduction, revenue improvement, and investment strategies

Regulatory Compliance & Auditing

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and accounting standards
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP/IFRS

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff
• Oversee team performance and conduct regular training

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
