Job summary

Concentrix in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, safety, security, and overall functionality of company facilities. You will ensure a safe, efficient, clean and compliant workplace that supports business operations.

You will lead service delivery, manage vendor relationships, monitor budgets, and drive continuous improvement to support business continuity and workplace experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in facilities management, building operations, vendor management, and project management.
