Zark's Food Ventures Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager for our Murcia branch in the Philippines. You will lead daily operations, drive branch targets, and oversee staff to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining kitchen standards.

You will schedule personnel, manage inventories, supervise POS reporting, and analyze profits and losses to improve performance. The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing a branch/establishment.
• Experience with staff duty/time scheduling.
• Experience with inventories and stock control.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reports.
• Analytical understanding of profits and losses.

Job description

Acts as the leader of the branch and responsible for the attainment of overall branch targets and sales. Manages the day-to-day activities of the staff and personnel and the overall operations for the efficient and timely delivery of services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures that department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch
• Ensures proper kitchen standards are followed
• Maintains effective control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and work and ensuring that staff have the necessary resources to effectively perform their job
• Ensures maximum satisfaction from the guests and handles complaints
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Forecasts proper orders and maintains the sanitary conditions of the kitchen

About you

• At least two (2) years of experience in handling one branch/establishment
• Adept in the preparation of duty and time schedule of personnel
• Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories
• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting
• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report
