Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Assist in analysing operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement across transport and logistics operations.
• Support the preparation of reports on key business indicators, KPIs and operational efficiency for management review.
• Participate in process improvement by documenting workflows and recommending enhancements to procedures.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to support decision-making across departments including transport, warehousing and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels, shipment tracking and logistics performance for operational efficiency.
• Support development and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practice guidelines.
• Participate in training programmes and mentoring activities to accelerate professional development.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior management through reports and presentations.
