Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to learn and support all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, production, and team supervision.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will aim to meet sales targets, maintain product quality, uphold food safety, and develop leadership skills for future management roles in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong academic performance and scholastic records.
• Experience in retail, food service or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote BreadTalk products.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product quality monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and store cleanliness standards.

Job Summary:

The Management Trainee is responsible for learning and supporting all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, production, and team supervision. This role works closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations, achieve sales targets, maintain product quality, and uphold food safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote BreadTalk products.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product quality monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and store cleanliness standards.
• Support store supervision, staff training, and team development activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year degree course, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Accountancy, or any related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With strong academic performance and good scholastic records.
• Prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service is an advantage but not required.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership potential skills.
• Highly trainable, adaptable, and willing to undergo intensive hands‑on training.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer service-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
