Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Store Manager leads daily store operations and staff to achieve sales targets, maintain product quality, and deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Graduated with a BS degree in Management studies (i.e. Business Administration, Business Management, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Marketing) or equivalent
• Has good academic background
• With relevant managerial work experience (at least 4 years)
• With strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction and good customer experience
• Keen to details and has the ability to supervise others
