Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; security training preferred.
• Previous experience in security or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of safety, emergency, and evacuation procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Physically fit and alert.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage mall security officers during shifts.
• Ensure safety and security of visitors, staff, and mall assets.
• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols.
• Handle incidents such as theft, disturbances, accidents, or emergencies.
• Coordinate with police, fire department, and medical services when required.
• Enforce mall rules, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and duty rosters.
• Guide and train security staff on proper procedures and conduct.
• Respond promptly to alarms, complaints, and emergency situations.
• Report security issues to mall management.
