Job summary

D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. seeks an experienced Mall Operations Supervisor to oversee ingress/egress, safety, cleanliness, and orderliness across the mall, coordinating with merchants and service providers.

You will develop mall standards, ensure government compliance, supervise non-technical permits, and lead tenant onboarding while maintaining strong relationships and timely communications to maximize store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or related degree in engineering, commerce, marketing, or business management.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in property or mall operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible in the supervision and coordination of ingress/egress non-technical requirements of merchants to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall in accordance with Company standards of safety, cleanliness, and orderliness.
• Create mall operations standards/merchant house rules to ensure the order, cleanliness and safety in the facilities and public areas of the mall.
• Assist mall operations manager in ensuring that mall is compliant to all government set standards and procedure.
• Assist Mall Operations Manager in the implementation of the policies, guidelines, and procedures across all aspects of business operations in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements.
• Assist Mall Operations Manager in monitoring and administering building activities and coordinate, supervise and lead programs that will provide safe and secure environment, excellent housekeeping.
• Assist Mall Operations Manager in overseeing processes for the effective implementation of Credit and collection policies and procedures, and such other tenant related strategies that affect the relationships between the management and tenants in order to strengthen and improve the relationships, productivity and profitability of both parties.
• Monitors tenant/merchant’s construction and opening timeline.
• Manages service and outsourced personnel.
• Facilitates merchant on-boarding from orientation, handing of welcome kit, coordination of pre-construction concerns, plans and timelines.
• Maintains a harmonious business relationship with tenants and ensures satisfaction through constant and proper communication and efficient delivery of basic services that aims to the viability and profitability of the store operations.
• Assist concerns of the tenants and relay those to specific concerned departments.
• Ensures tenant compliance with lease terms, contract, and mall’s regulation.
• Implement policies, guidelines, and procedures across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements in support to the objectives of maximizing shareholder’s return and maintaining leadership in the retail industry.
• Supervises non-technical permit requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or any other related course.

Experience:Preferably with three (2-3) years of relevant experience
