Job summary

HSO Group of Companies is seeking a Mall Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, including facilities, security, parking, and customer service. You will manage relationships with tenants, suppliers, contractors, and partners while monitoring performance and lease compliance.

Lead marketing initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance and renovations, and report to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mall operations, including facilities, security, parking, and customer service.
• Manage and maintain relationships with tenants, suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
• Monitor tenant performance, lease compliance, store operations, and customer concerns.
• Develop and implement marketing, promotional, and mall events to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Manage operating budgets, expenses, revenue targets, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, fire, and government regulations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate mall employees and department heads.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, and improvement projects.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, tenant satisfaction, and overall mall performance.
