Responsibilities

• Create and update policies and procedures for operating malls by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Develop process improvement and workflow projects with interviews, benchmarking, and requirements.
• Set the yearly 3-day Mall schedule and review events against policy.
• Review mall operating hours during holidays and ensure alignment with procedures.
• Perform other tasks to move and complete projects as needed.
