Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, documentation, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP transactions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic logistics processes and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, file, and maintain logistics documents such as Trip Tickets, Load Manifests, Pick Lists, and Pull out Forms.
• Process and transmit Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts to the appropriate personnel and departments.
• Ensure complete and timely transmittal of required documents to the Accounts Receivable team.
• Process relevant logistics transactions in SAP accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with delivery crews and internal departments regarding delivery and documentation concerns.
• Maintain systematic records for easy retrieval and support audit requirements as needed.
