Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Senior Operations Associate Manager, Staff Operations in Cebu City to lead workforce performance, team capability, and service excellence across mall operations. You will own the full staff lifecycle—from scheduling and deployment to coaching and culture-building—ensuring frontline teams deliver a warm, professional guest experience.

You will be on the floor daily, driving standards, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with department heads to build

Qualifications

4–6 years progressive experience in workforce management, operations, or team leadership.
Minimum 2 years in supervisory or assistant manager capacity leading shift-based teams of 25+ staff
Direct experience in 24/7 operations, multi-department coordination, and service standard enforcement
Cebu-based or willing to relocate immediately to Cebu City

Responsibilities

Design, manage shift schedules across security, facilities maintenance, soft services, concierge, and operational support teams.
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and productivity; resolve scheduling conflicts in real time.
Maintain accurate personnel records, timekeeping logs, and deployment reports — audit-ready and updated.
Lead daily pre-shift briefings, huddles, and performance reviews; coach and upskill staff.
Drive accountability and continuous improvement through standards checks and supervisory coaching.
Coordinate with HR and department heads to align workforce planning with business needs.
