• Coordinates safety and security compliance through inspections, memos, and deficiency reporting.
• Provides administrative support including scheduling meetings, organizing permits, and assisting with events or logistics.

• Handles tenant documentation, ensuring timely filing, processing, and compliance with operational requirements.
• Manages tenant construction processes including checklists, clearances, and bond refund documentation.
• Coordinates tenant communications such as memos, promo lists, and operational kits to support daily activities.
• Prepares and submits reports and prooflists related to tenant accounts, charges, and compliance.
