Job summary

SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation) is seeking a Leasing Operations Associate to support the implementation and monitoring of strategies that maximize tenant occupancy across SM Megamall and The Podium.

The role involves negotiating leasing terms, liaising with tenants, preparing MOA/LOA, coordinating deposits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in leasing or retail management.
• Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any other business-related courses.
• A related master’s degree is not required but will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide over-all support in the implementation and monitoring of strategies and projects for leasing operations that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy.
• Negotiate and establish rapport with tenants and attend to their requirements and concerns.
• Closes the deal in negotiations of leasing terms and conditions including rates, and other charge.
• Assist on the general concern on lease contracts/MOA.
• Coordinate with tenants/exhibitors to submit requirements and ask approval from Head Office for the account creation/updates.
