The position involves handling reservations, coordinating with Front Desk and operations, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date booking information while maintaining guest confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, reservations, or customer service, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM or booking systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Organized and able to manage multiple inquiries and bookings simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries through Zoho Mail, Meta, WhatsApp, and Live Chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Process reservations in Salesforce, including new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and guest records
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding trip details, packages, availability, and pricing.
• Assist guests with payment procedures and booking confirmations.
• Address guest concerns and coordinate with the relevant teams when necessary.
• Ensure all reservation details are accurate and properly recorded in the system.
• Coordinate with the Front Desk and operations teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Assist in monitoring booking availability and ensuring information is updated across platforms.
• Support the team in maintaining organized booking records and documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information and company data.
• Perform other duties related to booking operations and guest support as required.
