Estacio Uno Hotel Corporation in Makati City seeks a dedicated Reservation Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on handling inquiries, inputting reservations, and coordinating with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from booking to check-out.

You will promote services, confirm bookings, and assist guests with changes while contributing to revenue growth and guest satisfaction for our Boracay island operations and sister properties in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online channels.
• Proficiency in inputting reservation details accurately into the system.
• Ability to assist guests with changes to bookings and special requests.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries and provide information on availability, rates, packages, and amenities.
• Enter reservation details accurately into the hotel’s system, including guest info, room preferences and payment details.
• Assist guests with changes to reservations and requests to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Promote hotel services and packages during the reservation process to maximise revenue.
• Confirm reservations with guests via email or phone and share policies and details.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and sales to align room assignments and guest preferences.
• Address issues related to reservations and resolve problems promptly.
• Support sales and revenue management by identifying opportunities to improve occupancy and profitability.
• Maintain records of reservation activities and generate reports as needed.
