Responsibilities

• Manage full leasing lifecycle from prospect qualification to lease execution.
• Develop leasing strategies to maximise rental income and occupancy.
• Build relationships with tenants to support renewals and satisfaction.
• Market spaces via online platforms, networks, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate with legal and finance on lease docs and terms.
• Monitor renewal dates and communicate with tenants to encourage renewals.
• Analyse market trends to inform pricing and positioning.
• Prepare reports on leasing performance and forecasts.
