Job summary

Optimus Executive Search Solutions is assisting a well-established property management and real estate company in finding a Property Management & Leasing Manager for Makati City. The role oversees leasing and day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties, on-site.

You will drive occupancy targets, manage end-to-end leasing, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure attractive, compliant properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in property management or leasing.
• Strong experience in residential and commercial leasing.
• Proven tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, and tenant relationship management.
• Solid understanding of property operations, maintenance, and facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental income targets.
• Manage end-to-end leasing process including inquiries, viewings, screenings, negotiations, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Identify and acquire new tenants through direct sourcing, brokers, agents, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to support retention and minimize vacancies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned properties, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to address property requirements.
• Monitor occupancy, vacancies, leasing pipeline, and rental performance.
