Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in commercial property leasing or management.
• Proven track record in leasing commercial properties and achieving occupancy targets.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with tenants, brokers and corporate clients.
• Conduct property viewings and client presentations, communicating features and lease terms.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants while ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare and review lease documents, amendments and renewal agreements with legal and finance teams.
• Manage tenant relations throughout the lease lifecycle, addressing inquiries and requests.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and rental rates to inform pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements and expiry dates using property management systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance, finance and operations teams for a seamless tenant experience.
• Prepare leasing reports, performance metrics and forecasts for management.
