We are looking for hands‑on Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technicians to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment and store facilities across our outlets. This is a hands‑on, tools‑in‑hand technical role, not a supervisory or managerial position — the right person is someone who enjoys diagnosing problems on the ground, fixing them correctly the first time, and keeping stores running.
Priority attention goes to hot line equipment (fryers, griddles, burners), which directly drives sales generation, and cold storage/refrigeration equipment, where downtime is a food safety risk. The role requires the ability to travel across multiple outlets and work night shifts or on‑call hours, since much of the work happens during off‑peak or closed hours to avoid disrupting store operations. This position reports directly to the Facilities Engineer.
Other duties and tasks, as may be assigned.
