Pares Retiro is seeking a Multiskilled Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repair across restaurant branches. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems to keep equipment running smoothly.
The role requires flexibility to travel and rotate among branches, with strong adherence to PMS procedures and proper documentation. Experience with restaurant equipment is an advantage and collaboration with Store Operations is essential.
Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) across assigned restaurant branches.
Attend to maintenance Job Orders based on urgency, priority, and required completion timelines.
Conduct basic to intermediate troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance work.
Maintain and troubleshoot restaurant equipment such as grillers, microwaves, chillers, freezers, air fryers, exhaust hoods, and fresh-air systems.
Handle basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration/chiller, and general facility maintenance.
Regularly inspect equipment to identify potential issues and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
Help minimize equipment downtime and recurring maintenance concerns.
Properly accomplish PMS checklists, repair reports, Job Orders, and other required maintenance documentation.
Submit photos and supporting service documentation as required.
Coordinate maintenance activities with Store Operations and the Repair & Maintenance Department.
Identify repairs requiring specialized tools, technical expertise, or third-party contractors and escalat**e** them accordingly.
Participate in the company's rotational maintenance program across different branches.
Electrical: Basic troubleshooting and repair of lighting, outlets, switches, breakers, wiring, motors, and related electrical components.
Mechanical: Basic inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and components.
Refrigeration/Chiller: Perform temperature and pressure checks, cleaning, gasket inspections, airflow checks, and basic troubleshooting.
Plumbing: Handle basic repairs involving water lines, drains, faucets, valves, and leaks within the employee's training and capability.
General Facilities: Perform minor repairs involving doors, fixtures, shelving, and other routine facility maintenance requirements.
The Multi-Skilled Technician must be willing to travel and rotate among different restaurant branches based on PMS schedules, Job Orders, urgency, operational requirements, and maintenance priorities.
Graduate of a Vocational or Technical course, preferably Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM).
Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience in restaurants, food retail, commercial establishments, buildings, or facilities.
Possesses basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general maintenance.
Experience handling restaurant or commercial kitchen equipment is an advantage.
Able to follow established PMS procedures, maintenance standards, and checklists.
Willing to travel and rotate across different branches and locations.
Capable of accurately completing Job Orders, PMS checklists, and service reports.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
