Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Graduate of a vocational or technical course in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Good knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, motors, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with PLCs and sensors is advantageous.
• Welding, fabrication and electrical troubleshooting skills are preferred.
• TESDA, electrical or welding certifications are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical systems on the production line.
• Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and routine servicing.
• Troubleshoot production equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, and spare parts inventory.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team for a production line. The role involves machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and improving the reliability and efficiency of production machinery.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician in Plaridel, Bulacan. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including bearings, chains, belts, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance, routine servicing, lubrication, welding, rust removal, and other necessary equipment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production machinery breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance activities, equipment inspections, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with production personnel to ensure reliable equipment operation and minimize production disruptions.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a vocational or technical course in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial machinery maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Experience with PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation is an advantage.
• Practical Skills: Ability to use maintenance tools safely. Welding, fabrication, and electrical troubleshooting skills are preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant TESDA, electrical, or welding certifications are advantageous but not required.
• Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.
