Are you as excited as we are when we talk about the storage and distribution of bulk liquids at our state‑of‑the‑art tank containers and terminals in key markets? Join us as a Maintenance Support Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the fleet by adding, maintaining, and updating data in the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) to ensure that all information related to maintenance jobs, equipment, and spare parts is accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards. You will review and process data change requests from both ships and shore‑based technical departments, extract and input technical information from manuals and drawings, and help maintain high‑quality equipment and spare part records. By ensuring the integrity and reliability of maintenance data, you will contribute directly to the safe and efficient operation of our vessels across the fleet.
Stolt Tankers, a division of Stolt‑Nielsen Limited (SNL), is the specialist in transporting bulk liquids: chemicals, clean petroleum products, vegetable oils, biofuels, and oleochemicals. We are building a winning culture that is characterized by a safe, sustainable, and continuous improvement mindset. As part of this, we are rolling out continuous improvement training to all our shore‑based and seagoing colleagues.
As a Maintenance Support Administrator, you will work closely with ships’ staff and shore‑based technical departments to ensure that all data in the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards. Your daily activities will include reviewing and processing PMS data change requests received by email, updating equipment records, and maintaining spare parts information in line with the Master Equipment List and other internal data standards. You will regularly consult equipment parts manuals, drawings, and maintenance or operator manuals to interpret technical information and convert it into clear, structured database entries and job instructions. In addition, you will support fleet‑wide or class-specific PMS updates, ensuring that changes are correctly implemented and consistently applied. You will also participate in projects aimed at optimizing the PMS, contributing ideas and executing tasks that improve data quality and system efficiency. In this collaborative, team‑oriented environment, you will use MS Office applications and the PMS platform daily, while working independently or with minimal supervision to prioritize and execute your tasks effectively.
