Job summary

Stolt-Nielsen Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join its global shared service center. The role involves transactional processing, KPI-based tasks, and collaboration with the team to ensure accurate supplier invoicing and timely payments.

Requirements include at least 5 years of AP experience in a shared service environment, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, and strong ERP/invoice processing knowledge. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

• Prompt in handling queries from suppliers and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary transactional processing in AP.
• Meet KPIs and complete tasks per the SLA.
• Stay updated on all developments relevant to AP processes.
• Participate in meetings and share knowledge with the team.
• Handle queries from suppliers and internal customers and resolve issues.
• Ensure internal controls in place and compliant with Policies & Procedures / IFRS or GAAP.
• Support projects to improve systems and processes.

Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids: chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals. What you will be doing:

The AP Analyst will work under the supervision of the Team Leader and/or Supervisor. The ability to quickly learn standard accounting programs and reporting tools is a key job requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform necessary transactional processing in his/her assignment.
• Meet all the agreed KPIs and complete the tasks in accordance with the SLA.
• Keep updated on all developments and changes relevant to the assigned process.
• Participate in the meetings and share knowledge with the team, especially in initiating and suggesting process improvements.
• Handling queries from counterparts and customers (internal) and escape any issues which needs immediate resolution to the Team Leader / Supervisor.
• Ensure that the appropriate internal controls are in place and in compliance with Stolt Nielsen’s Policies & Procedures, with IFRS or the applicable GAAP, and
• with relevant government or regulatory authorities. Other tasks which may be assigned by his/ her Supervisor/ Manager including projects to improve systems and processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience in Shared Service Center.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any business-related courses
• Knowledgeable on ERP systems particularly on invoice/ payable processing.
• Prompt in handling queries from supplier, internal customers, and business counterparts.
• Adheres to SOP on invoice processing and resolution of invoice/ payable issues.
