Job summary

Stolt Tankers in Manila seeks a Maintenance Support Administrator to support the fleet by maintaining data in the Planned Maintenance System (PMS). You will review data change requests, update equipment records and spare parts data, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

You will translate manuals and drawings into structured database entries and job instructions, and participate in PMS optimization projects.

Qualifications

• BS CS/IT degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Planned Maintenance Systems preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PMS data accuracy by reviewing and processing data change requests.
• Update equipment records and spare parts data per Master Equipment List.
• Interpret manuals and drawings into structured database entries and job instructions.
• Support fleet-wide PMS updates and participate in optimization projects.
• Use MS Office and PMS platform daily, working independently or with a team.
