The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background and 2+ years in a maintenance leadership role with strong troubleshooting and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2+ years in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience with heavy-equipment basic troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, preventive maintenance and safety standards.
• Proven leadership of maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical systems, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment including motors, switchgear, control panels, transformers, and power distribution systems.

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of critical equipment.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing issues and implementing corrective actions to restore operations as quickly as possible.

• Ensure full compliance with safety standards, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements at all times.

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to support uninterrupted maintenance activities.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and reliable plant performance.

• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation for management review.

Qualifications

• Preferrably Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of over 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar maintenance leadership role.

• Experience handling heavy-equipment basic troubleshooting.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical power systems, preventive maintenance, and safety standards.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians.

• Solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices and regulations.

• Experience with inventory management and spare parts control.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
