Job summary

REGAN INDUSTRIAL SALES INC. is seeking a Maintenance Senior Supervisor to oversee Electrical, Mechanical, Project, and Motorpool sections, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance in our Cebu facilities.

You will plan and supervise maintenance activities, coordinate resources, monitor performance, and prepare reports. The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and hands-on technical knowledge in multiple disciplines to support Warehouse and Production teams.

Qualifications

• Preferably an Engineering graduate or equivalent.
• If not, at least 5 years of supervisory experience in facilities and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily maintenance operations across electrical, mechanical, project and motorpool sections.
• Plans, assigns, and supervises work activities of supervisors and maintenance personnel.
• Ensures proper implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinates resources, manpower, and scheduling to achieve efficient operations.
• Monitors performance, progress and compliance with safety and company policies.
• Evaluates maintenance issues and provides technical guidance for problem resolution.
• Prepares and reviews maintenance reports, work orders, and project updates.
• Oversees motorpool activities, including vehicle and forklift maintenance, repairs and utilization.
• Ensures availability of tools, equipment and materials needed for all sections.
• Implements cost control measures to optimize maintenance expenses.
• Trains and develops subordinates to enhance technical skills and work performance.
• Reports directly to Maintenance Manager regarding overall maintenance performance and requirements.

Education and Training Requirements:

• 1. Preferably Graduate of Engineering courses or equivalent
• 2. If not Engineering graduate at least 5 years of Supervisory experience on Facilities and Maintenance
