Job summary

Regan Industrial Sales Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical systems and ensure safe, efficient plant operations. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, drive preventive maintenance programs and coordinate with operations for reliable performance.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background and 2+ years in a maintenance leadership role with strong troubleshooting and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2+ years in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience with heavy-equipment basic troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, preventive maintenance and safety standards.
• Proven leadership of maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical systems and plant equipment.
• Plan, schedule and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with operations for reliable plant performance.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records and reports.
