Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a technical team in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
You will develop preventive maintenance strategies, oversee repairs, and drive OEE improvements across plant assets. Maintenance Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance (PPM/CM) schedules aligned with production needs to optimize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and minimize downtime.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and supervise a technical team (Electrical & Mechanical Specialists, Technicians), providing advanced guidance, delegating tasks, and fostering accountability.
Equipment & Utility Monitoring: Continuously inspect critical plant equipment and utility systems (HVAC, compressed air, power) to ensure 100% operational reliability and initiate timely repairs.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) across all maintenance activities.
Inventory & Cost Control: Manage spare parts and tools inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent stock-outs, and control maintenance costs.
Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving: Apply deep mechanical (hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment) and electrical (PLCs, motor control, power distribution) knowledge to rapidly diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
Data-Driven Operations & Reporting: Utilize maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF) for decision-making and ensure complete, timely submission of technical reports, work orders, and historical logs.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in equipment maintenance, with at two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing plant.least
Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Must be willing to work on night shifts as needed.
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of industrial automation, PLC troubleshooting, and motor controls.
Proficiency in using and managing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Certifications in safety (e.g., BOSH, COSH) or specialized equipment (e.g., Boiler operation, refrigeration) are a significant plus.
