We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to direct site maintenance and reliability operations for a leading heavy industrial manufacturing facility. This role carries complete operational oversight across multi-disciplinary engineering teams in a continuous-process environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall direction for Mechanical, Electrical, and Preventive Maintenance departments to align with long-term operational targets.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize equipment availability, establish baseline KPIs, and minimize unscheduled downtime.
• Direct major plant overhauls, critical-path maintenance projects, and equipment replacement strategies.
• Manage department OPEX and CAPEX budgets, optimizing spare parts inventory and driving cost-reduction efforts to support EBITDA goals.
• Oversee work order execution systems and ensure data accuracy across production management and automation diagnostic platforms.
• Partner with Production, Quality Assurance, and Process units to optimize operations and support sustainable energy initiatives.
• Build a high-performing team through targeted development, performance management, and strict compliance with EHS and environmental standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing or continuous-process industrial operations.
