The ideal candidate has a technical degree, 3–5 years of maintenance experience, and 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Standard shift and office hours apply, with details discussed during interview.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience.

• Show proactive leadership in managing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
