Dempsey in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment reliability initiatives, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure 100% execution of preventive maintenance schedules to support continuous production and minimize downtime. You will coordinate cross-departmental issues, plan daily work, mentor technicians, and drive root-cause analyses for recurring failures.

• Experience: Proven experience in a Maintenance Supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment is strictly required.
• Technical & Leadership Skills:
• Strong expertise in machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, and equipment overhauling.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise subordinates, manage work schedules, and coordinate cross-departmental operations.
• Analytical approach to root-cause analysis and machine downtime prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Equipment Reliability & Operations: Keep all manufacturing machinery and production equipment in optimal operational mode with minimal downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Oversee and implement scheduled preventive maintenance programs to achieve a 100% PM completion rate.
• Team Supervision & Work Planning: Plan, assign, and organize daily work schedules for maintenance subordinates based on production loads and headcount.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for machine- and maintenance-related issues across departments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will lead equipment reliability initiatives, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure 100% execution of preventive maintenance schedules to maintain continuous production support and minimize unplanned machine downtime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Equipment Reliability & Operations:

• Keep all manufacturing machinery and production equipment in optimal operational mode with minimal downtime.
• Ensure equipment readiness to support continuous production requirements at all times.

Preventive Maintenance (PM):

• Oversee and implement scheduled preventive maintenance programs to achieve a 100% PM completion rate.
• Analyze root causes during machine overhauls and implement preventive actions to avoid recurring failures.

Team Supervision & Work Planning:

• Plan, assign, and organize daily work schedules for maintenance subordinates based on production loads and headcount.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians and staff on safety and execution standards.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for machine- and maintenance-related issues across departments.
• Communicate closely with production and plant management to resolve equipment issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent practical work experience.

Experience: Proven experience in a Maintenance Supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment is strictly required.
