Dempsey Resource Management Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep equipment in operational mode with minimal downtime and to plan the work schedule of subordinates based on production load and headcount.

The role involves coordinating with other departments on machine maintenance issues, implementing scheduled preventive maintenance, and analyzing preventive actions during overhauls to ensure gear runs smoothly at all times and prevent unplanned downtime.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing/production environment is required.

Responsabilidades

• Keep equipment in operational mode with minimal downtime.

Maintenance Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for keeping the equipment in Operational mode at minimal downtime and ready for production use, planning the work schedule of subordinates based on the production load and headcount, communicating and coordinating with other departments concerning machine maintenance-related problems. Responsible for the implementation of scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment, analyzing and providing preventive actions during machine overhauling while ensuring that equipment is in good running condition at all times to ensure manufacturing support at all times and to prevent equipment failure or unplanned machine downtime and hit the 100% PM rate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing / production environment is required.
