Job summary
Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Taytay, Rizal to oversee plant equipment and condition. You will lead a maintenance team, plan preventive and corrective programs, and ensure safety standards.
The ideal candidate has a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/construction, and strong leadership and troubleshooting skills. This on-site role focuses on reliability and uptime of critical systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience in industrial or plant maintenance in manufacturing/construction.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Familiar with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Taytay, Rizal.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of plant equipment and machinery.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and procedures.
- Lead and guide maintenance personnel in performing assigned tasks.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, equipment downtime, spare parts, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize production interruptions.
- Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
