Job summary

Mixideo Ventures Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and service air-conditioning units, chillers, and freezers across retail locations.

You'll perform basic electrical, plumbing, civil, painting, and restoration tasks, monitor equipment, conduct regular store inspections, and coordinate with contractors while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration maintenance and repair.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, and painting works.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment and facility issues efficiently.
• Reliable, hands-on, and willing to work flexible hours when needed.
• Willing to learn and handle other maintenance-related scopes of work.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• College graduate is an advantage.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for company motorcycle use, or own a personal motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, civil, painting, and restoration works as needed.
• Conduct monitoring, inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of store equipment and facilities.
• Perform regular store inspections to identify and address maintenance concerns proactively.
• Respond promptly to repair and maintenance requests.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when necessary.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain basic maintenance records and reports as required.
• Assist in other maintenance-related tasks assigned by the Maintenance Officer.
