Job summary

A leading cold storage company in Nueva Ecija is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigerating and air-conditioning systems. Candidates should be graduates of a vocational course with a TESDA NC II certificate. Experience in plant maintenance is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome. This role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring safe operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational course or technical training in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical.
• With TESDA NC II certificate in DOMRAC (Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning), RAC, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in plant maintenance, refrigeration, or cold storage facilities.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant facilities, refrigeration, and air-conditioning systems (HVAC).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure equipment and utilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor plant performance.
• Support installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment.
• Comply with safety, GMP, and company standards during maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational course or technical training (Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical).
• With TESDA NC II certificate in DOMRAC (Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning), RAC, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in plant maintenance, refrigeration, or cold storage facilities (but open to fresh graduates with NC II).
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime if required.
