Terry Selection, Inc. is seeking a Roving Maintenance Staff to perform repairs in the office, warehouse, and branches as needed.
You will handle lighting, painting, equipment and vehicle repairs, and maintain furniture and fixtures across multiple locations. The role requires attention to safety, basic electrical/plumbing/carpentry skills, valid driver’s license where applicable, and the ability to travel between branches regularly.
Performs repairs in the office, warehouse, and branches as reported, including but not limited to:
Replacing light bulbs and doorknobs
Repainting
Repairing equipment
Repairing company vehicles
Maintaining furniture and fixtures
Conducts routine inspections and preventive maintenance of buildings, equipment, furniture, and fixtures to ensure proper upkeep.
Records and monitors the type and cost of maintenance and repair work.
Packs and unpacks items to be stocked on warehouse shelves.
Assists in moving stocks, freight, and other materials to and from storage areas or delivery vehicles, either manually or using carts and other equipment.
Provides assistance to office and branch personnel as needed.
Conducts monthly inventory counts.
Assists warehouse personnel when necessary, including:
Handling shipments
Supporting company events
Performing maintenance tasks
Stocking and labeling products
Preparing products for delivery
Conducts regular visits to all branches and submits reports on findings.
Submits daily and weekly itineraries.
Performs other duties as assigned.
At least High School graduate; vocational or technical training in electrical, mechanical, or related field is an advantage.
With at least 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, warehouse operations, or related work.
Knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repair.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
Ability to operate basic tools, equipment, and warehouse handling devices.
With good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Willing to travel and conduct regular branch visits.
Can work with minimal supervision.
Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
With valid driver’s license (if required for company vehicle use).
