KMC Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Dispatcher to manage maintenance work orders, schedule service technicians across multiple sites, and keep detailed logs. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to forecast workload.

You will coordinate with vendors, process invoices, and ensure timely completion of requests. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or technical support, and experience with dispatch or maintenance management software.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or technical support experience.
• General computer literacy and experience with maintenance management or dispatch software.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatching and scheduling service technicians to station maintenance calls.
• Forecast workload two to three days in advance for coverage.
• Maintain dispatch board and real-time schedule visibility.
• Process inbound work orders via phone or computer and assess needs.
• Create dispatch tickets and issue purchase orders as required.
• Follow up on open calls to ensure timely completion and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Facilitate return of warranty parts and ensure proper documentation.
• Process invoices for approval and payment; ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles, equipment, and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to minimize unproductive labor.
