Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Dispatcher in the Philippines to receive and process maintenance work orders, strategically schedule technicians, and coordinate service calls across locations. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience in the gas station or convenience store sector, and solid computer literacy with dispatch software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in gasoline station or convenience store industry preferred.
• General computer literacy and experience with maintenance management or dispatch software.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle frequent interruptions.
• Ability to diffuse and manage stressful or volatile situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process maintenance work orders by phone or computer.
• Create and manage dispatch tickets and coordinate service technicians to sites.
• Forecast workload two to three days in advance for coverage.
• Maintain dispatch board and real-time visibility of work orders.
• Follow up on open calls to ensure timely completion and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts, supplies, and equipment as necessary.
