Job summary

Dinero365, Inc. is seeking a Machine Specialist to support cash acceptance machines (CAMs) and ATMs for client installations nationwide. You will assemble, install, operate, train users, and perform basic maintenance, while addressing client questions via hotline or Freshdesk.

You will troubleshoot issues, document steps, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders. Travel is required for on-site deployments and service visits.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• 0–1 year experience with ATMs or CAMs.
• Electrical background preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset and service orientation.
• Proficiency with documentation and communication software.
• Basic mechanical assembly and maintenance skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally for installations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve routine technical incidents and assist with complex issues with senior team members.
• Document troubleshooting steps and communicate with stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and minimize downtime to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Provide on-site installation support at client locations.
• Trigger escalation procedures when service levels are at risk.
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technical standards.
• Perform simple mechanical and electrical assembly of machine components.
• Follow standard assembly procedures and use tools properly.
• Validate assembled machines for proper functionality and readiness for deployment.

We are looking for a Machine Specialist to join our team and assist clients with Cash Acceptance Machine assembly, installation, operation, orientation and training, address their questions, and perform basic maintenance tasks. The role will involve providing guidance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring client satisfaction via hotline or our ticketing system Freshdesk.

Responsibilities:

Operations:

Resolve routine technical incidents and collaborate with senior team members for complex issues.

Document troubleshooting steps and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth machine operation.

Provide on-site support for installation of machines at client locations.

Trigger escalation procedures when service levels are at risk.

Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technical standards.

Manufacturing:

Perform simple mechanical and electrical assembly of machine components, including structures, wiring, sensors, peripherals.

Follow standard assembly procedures and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.

Conduct validation of assembled machines to ensure proper functionality.

Execute functional and operational testing of machines to confirm readiness for deployment.

Requirements:

With understanding of basic machine operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance

With zero to one year experience with Automated Teller Machine (ATMs) or Cash Accept Machine (CAMs)

Preferably with electrical engineering background, but not required

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Attention to detail and organizational abilities

Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service

Proficiency in using computer software and tools for documentation and communication

Demonstrated basic mechanical skills for machine assembly and maintenance

Willingness to undertake national travel for client installations and maintenance
