Machinebanks Corporation is seeking a service technician to install, commission, inspect, and maintain industrial machines at client sites in Quezon City. You will diagnose machine issues, perform repairs, and ensure safe operation according to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical/vocational graduate in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or related field.
• Willing to work on-site, travel, and flexible hours when required.
• Good troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machines and equipment.
• Diagnose problems and recommend repair actions.
• Perform service safely per company procedures.
• Prepare service reports with findings and recommendations.
• Assist customers in basic machine operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator on requirements and progress.
• Maintain tools, parts, and PPE properly.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Job Description

• Performs installation, commissioning, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment
• Diagnoses machine problems and recommends appropriate repair or maintenance actions
• Conducts service activities safely, properly, and according to company procedures
• Performs testing and machine operation checks after repair or maintenancePrepares accurate service reports, findings, and recommendations
• Assists customers in basic machine operation, monitoring, and maintenance
• Coordinates with the Service Coordinator and other team members regarding service requirements and job progress
• Ensures proper use and care of company tools, equipment, spare parts, and PPE
• Maintains professional communication and good working relationships with customers
• Continuously develops technical knowledge and skills through training and actual field experience
• Performs other service-related tasks as assigned

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree, College Graduate, or -Technical/Vocational Graduate in -Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Technical or relevant certification is an advantage
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, machine tools, or equipment servicing is an advantage
• Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or machine systems is an advantage
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work on-site, travel, and work flexible hours when required
• Willing to undergo technical and hands-on training
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to lear
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license is an advantage
