Job summary

Dinero365, Inc. is a fintech and cash automation company seeking a Machine Specialist to support clients with cash acceptance machines. Responsibilities include assembly, installation, operation, orientation, training, and basic maintenance.

You will troubleshoot issues, provide on-site support, and maintain clear documentation to ensure client satisfaction via hotline or Freshdesk. Open to candidates nationwide within the Philippines, with travel to client sites for installations and service.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic machine operations and maintenance.
• Prior exposure to ATM/CAM hardware is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for installations and service.

Responsibilities

• Resolve routine technical incidents and assist with complex issues with senior staff.
• Document troubleshooting steps and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide on-site support for machine installation at client locations.
• Perform simple assembly, wiring, and testing of machine components.
• Escalate issues when service levels are at risk and suggest improvements.
