Responsibilities

• Monitor daily/monthly ATM performance and availability reports.
• Develop reports to monitor and improve ATM monitoring activities.
• Handle trouble tickets related to hardware, network, software, cash, and facilities.
• Follow up on cases to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with vendor/outsource partners to prevent customer impact from ATM downtime.
• Use multiple channels to contact field technicians for servicing needs.
• Meet and maintain established production standards.

Job Description:

The Operations Support Staff will be responsible for monitoring ATM’s status through different available utilities. Monitoring System Checking hardware’s ATM machine’s error. Open and close calls with our ATM technicians with the errors that need to be attended.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily/monthly performance and availability report for ATMs.




• Develop other reports needed to better monitor and improve all activities/functions of ATM monitoring.




• Working trouble tickets related to hardware, network, software, cash, and facility related concerns.




• Complete necessarily follow up work to see case/ticket to resolution.




• Work with vendor/outsource partner’s team to maintain operational status to avoid customer impact due to unavailability of machines.




• Utilize multiple channels of communication including placing outbound phone calls to field technicians for servicing needs.




• Meet and maintain established production standards.
