Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, M&A, or audit.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements, including quality of earnings, net debt, working capital, and cash flow analysis.
• Assess financial performance, identify risks, and evaluate transaction adjustments.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance across multiple engagements.
• Review financial analyses and due diligence reports for accuracy and quality.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, investors, and senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain client relationships while supporting business development.
