Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, M&A, or audit, with managerial experience.

• Lead financial due diligence engagements, including quality of earnings, net debt, working capital, and cash flow analysis.
• Assess financial performance, identify key risks, and evaluate potential transaction adjustments.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance across multiple engagements.
• Review financial analyses and due diligence reports, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, investors, and senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
