Job summary

PM Consulting in Manila (Makati) is seeking a motivated Transaction Advisory Manager to lead financial due diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality insights, managing client relationships, and guiding engagements from start to finish.

You will supervise junior staff, collaborate with audit, tax and advisory teams, and contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory or related fields.
• Experience leading engagements and teams.
• Strong financial analysis, valuation, and deal processes knowledge.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in Big 4 or professional services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flows and key business drivers.
• Oversee preparation of due diligence reports and client deliverables.
• Manage multiple engagements with timely, high-quality execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (audit, tax, advisory).
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Stay updated on market trends and deal structures.
