Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Financial Due Diligence Manager to lead and support buy-side and sell-side transactions from analysis through report delivery. The role collaborates with onshore deal teams, manages junior staff, and delivers high-quality financial insights to support transaction decisions.

The ideal candidate has extensive FDD experience, strong financial statement knowledge (UK GAAP preferred), and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 7–10 years of relevant Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory experience.
• Experience with buy-side and sell-side transactions with international/onshore teams.
• Proven team management and people development experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and accounting concepts (UK GAAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas; strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare and review transaction workbooks/databooks and supporting schedules.
• Manage data room activities and analysis of financial information.
• Perform QoE, Net Working Capital, Debt analyses, and other transaction-related analyses.
• Draft and review key sections of FDD reports with financial summaries and QoE findings.
• Prepare management discussion materials and participate in client calls.
• Conduct industry-specific, trend, benchmarking, and ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with onshore teams and contribute to proposals and scope.
• Review outputs and coach junior team members.
• Identify process improvements and leverage Alteryx and Power BI.
