Job summary

GreenGSM Philippines is hiring a Branch Director for multiple depots across Luzon. The role oversees depot operations, driver readiness, fleet deployment and service quality to ensure safe, efficient performance aligned with KPIs.

You will lead a team, coordinate with HR, Fleet, and Customer Service, and drive continuous improvements while managing shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays in an onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics or related field.
• 6–8 years in depot operations, logistics, or frontline workforce management.
• Experience managing large driver teams and multi‑shift operations.
• Strong people, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily depot operations, schedules, attendance and productivity.
• Monitor driver recruitment, headcount fulfillment and turnover.
• Coordinate vehicle deployment, readiness, maintenance and downtime.
• Ensure service standards and passenger experience.
• Analyze KPIs and revenue performance to drive improvements.
• Lead depot operations team and foster accountability.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Training, Fleet and other teams on incidents.
