Qualifications

• Diplomate graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in fleet operations, dispatch, or driver coordination is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site, shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Real-Time Fleet Oversight: Monitoring driver online/offline status and assisting charging schedules to ensure deployment readiness.
• Incident & Dispatch Support: Providing immediate assistance for Operations dispatch-related concerns and ensuring rapid response during operational escalations.
• Compliance & Performance: Tracking adherence to operational standards and driver guidelines.
• Facility & Asset Management: Overseeing key management, parking organization, and the monitoring of taxi accessories.
